As CEO of Logic Health he brings a unique combination of commercial acumen, operational depth and a genuine commitment to impact, creating an organisation where people thrive, customers feel supported and data-driven insight drives better outcomes. Known for his clarity, energy and collaborative leadership, John excels at uniting teams around a shared mission and delivering measurable growth. John holds an MBA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Dr Charles Phillis

Chief Medical Director

Dr Phillis is an experienced Occupational Medical Practitioner, Chief Health Officer and Clinical Director with a special interest in Clinical Governance, Digital Health and Digital Transformation, Medical Leadership & Health Service Management. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care and AICD Candidate. He leads Logic Health’s clinical governance committee and provides day to day clinical governance guidance to our team.

Cy is an Exercise Physiologist with an extensive career in occupational health across all settings from insurers, employers and rehabilitation providers. Cy is driven by an unwavering commitment to our customers in achieving quality efficient service delivery with a great customer experience.

John Martin

Head of Operations East Coast

John Martin is a dynamic and results-driven senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning medical and occupational health, capital equipment, OEM manufacturing, and construction industries. Currently serving as Head of East Coast Operations at Logic Health, John leads multi-site operations across Australia’s eastern seaboard, driving performance, financial discipline, and service delivery across clinical, people, and operational functions.

With an Executive MBA and Bachelor of Business, John has built a reputation for transforming underperforming operations into high-performing, customer-focused business units.

Blake Biffin

Head of Operations

AEP, G.Dip.ExRehab, BSc.ExSci

Blake has been a part of the Logic Health team since January 2017. He spent the beginning of his career working with pre-employment, fitness for work and return to work clients and getting his hands dirty conducting onsite coaching and job role profiling. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, he has a passion for helping others by reducing their risk of injury and ensuring a safe return home from work, whilst also having a strong focus on ensuring clients hire a healthy workforce.

Blake has grown alongside the company and is now leading our WA and SA teams in ensuring they continue to meet client expectations and provide a high quality service with Logic Health.

Harry Singh

Head of Partnerships

Harry is an experienced Business development professional with over 12 years of experience in working with medium to large corporations in both public and private sectors, including in the Occupational Health sector over the last 5 years. He looks after Logic Health’s major partnerships and is based in our West Perth office.

Moses Khoury

Head of Growth

Moses has over a decade of experience in Occupational Health, having worked in sales and operational roles for some of the largest providers in the industry. Based in NSW, he focuses on driving Logic Health’s growth on the East Coast.

Sophie Tippett

Implementation Manager

Sophie has managed some of the largest national clients in the Occupational Healthcare Industry, including in Construction and Infrastructure. Sophie leads the onboarding of new customers and ensures the ongoing successful delivery of our services.    

Taylor Harris

Customer Service Team Leader

Taylor joined Logic Health in 2021, with a strong medical background in nursing and experience in customer service roles. Her knowledge and experience has enabled her to lead our results team to ensure our high quality standards are consistently met to maintain our client's needs.

Tarnisha Lyons

Affiliate Network Coordinator

Tarni looks after our constantly growing Affiliate Network and she leads the onboarding of new affiliate clinics, as well as delivery and the ongoing performance management of our network. She comes from a clinical background and is a former Occupational Health Nurse.
